Baby!Pregnancy is a special time in your life, a time to nurture yourself and prepare to welcome a new soul onto the planet. Pregnancy Yoga in the Khalsa Way is a gentle and safe approach for women in all stages of their pregnancy. Our focus is on body alignment thru yoga postures, breathing, and strengthening the body, mind, and spirit to prepare for birth. Pregnancy Yoga promotes concentration, relaxation, and flexibility.

All aspects of pregnancy are covered as we learn: Yoga postures specifically tailored for strengthening and relaxing your rapidly changing body. Yogic breathing techniques that will support you thru pregnancy and labor.

Guided meditations and visualizations will give you a greater awareness of the many physical and spiritual changes you will encounter during your pregnancy. Inspiring stories and anecdotes about ancient ways of birthing and mothering that have been handed down thru the ages will help lift fears, doubts, and old conditioning.
